Because our core offer is a one-time digital product (USD $997) that includes hands-on setup work, this policy explains exactly when a refund is and is not available.
1. What You're Buying
The Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot is a one-time digital purchase that includes (a) the GoHighLevel snapshot itself and (b) our work to install and configure it inside your GoHighLevel account. The snapshot is delivered the moment it is loaded into your account; the setup work begins once we receive your account access and onboarding details.
2. 14-Day Pre-Install Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that both of the following are still true:
- The snapshot has not yet been imported or installed into your GoHighLevel account, and
- The done-for-you setup work has not yet begun.
To request a refund, email support@childcareghlsnapshot.com from the address used at purchase. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
3. After Delivery โ Non-Refundable
Because the snapshot is a digital asset that cannot be "returned" once it is in your account, the purchase becomes non-refundable once any of the following has happened:
- The snapshot has been imported or installed into your GoHighLevel account, or
- Our setup/onboarding work has started, or
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
This protects the value of the digital product and the setup labor already performed.
4. Exceptions for Billing Errors
Separate from the window above, refunds are always available for genuine billing errors:
- Duplicate charges โ you were billed twice for the same product.
- Incorrect charges โ you were billed an incorrect amount.
Contact us at support@childcareghlsnapshot.com within 7 days of the transaction. If approved, the correction is issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
5. What Is Not Covered
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after the snapshot is delivered or setup has begun.
- Failure to use, operate, or maintain the product after delivery.
- Outcomes outside our control โ for example, your enrollment numbers, your GoHighLevel subscription costs, or your ability to obtain childcare licensing (which is your responsibility, not ours).
